The room was spacious and comfortable, with simple yet cozy details. The pillows were very comfortable, and we appreciated having a kettle and coffee machine in the room. The shower was refreshing, and we loved the experience of using it. The large window allowed for plenty of natural light. The staff was polite and spoke excellent English. Despite checking in late, everyone was kind and accommodating. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from a subway station. The rooms had excellent noise isolation and high-quality furniture and bathroom equipment. we found this hotel comparable to a 4-5 star hotel and highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved staying at a hotel near Schoenbrunn Palace. It was such a convenient location, just a short walk to both the palace and the zoo. Plus, the subway station was only a stone's throw away, so exploring the city was a breeze. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast - the perfect way to start the day!
That the bar lacked atmosphere, but luckily there were plenty of charming café bars in the area to make up for it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, modern, and super clean, providing enhanced comfort and luxury. The hotel staff were courteous and responsive, taking care of all our needs. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro station and city center. There were also plenty of nice restaurants nearby, allowing us to explore the local cuisine. The amenities provided, such as the fridge and Nespresso coffee machine, added to the overall convenience and quality of our stay.

Great location, close to subway and Schönbrunn. Large and comfortable rooms with Nespresso machine and tea kettle. Modern furniture and high-quality bathroom equipment. Courteous and responsive staff.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with a beautiful garden nearby and easy access to the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful.
One small thing that could make the breakfast even better is to have a wider variety of hot food options.
